BANSCO was established in 2021 with a vision to redefine contracting in the construction industry. Our vast experience has taught us that a construction project is most successful when the client and the contractor work together openly and constructively. Designs are improved, time and money are saved, all deliverables are in place at practical completion.
We know how important it is for a client to have confidence in the financial stability of their contractor and so we have invested in our vision – from a strong capital base, we retain earnings to continually strengthen our balance sheet.
OUR APPROACH
We believe in early engagement, adding value to a project by collaborating with the client and their professional team to identify cost and time efficiencies before the contract is awarded. We go above and beyond to help optimise detail design, value engineer and refine the program. By the time we start work on site, all stakeholders are satisfied that they are committing to the best possible construction solution.
But it doesn’t end there. We work tirelessly through the construction period to identify further design improvements and additional time and cost savings, sharing the benefit of those we find with the client. We are proactive, trying always to anticipate what the client might need before they have to ask.
For BANSCO completing a project on time and in budget is an expectation, not an aspiration.
