SOLUTIONS & APPROACH

Bansco adopted a collaborative, value-driven strategy with early engagement to capture any potential additional works required, ensuring proactive problem-solving and close coordination with the client and design team to deliver the original scheme and any changes efficiently within the required timescales under a fixed-price contract.

 

Key works included:   

- Soft strip-outs and deep cleaning 

- Recommissioning and certification of M&E systems: electrical, fire detection, HVAC, and drainage 

- Repairs to roof (cladding, gutters), elevations (doors, louvres), and external areas (yards, fencing) 

- Floor grinding and re-finishing with epoxy 

- Phased planning with secure site access and welfare to maintain safety and programme

 

OUTCOMES & RESULTS

Completed on programme in 12 weeks, the reinstated unit achieved full certification and was ready for market – supporting quick re-letting. Bansco's financial stability and experienced team ensured budget adherence and high-quality outcomes.
